cashimann, I'm trying to get out the door for the beach, but I feel compelled to stop and help you after seeing your sad thread title...
I'll try to make it simple:
1. Make an account on photobucket.com or another photo saving/sharing service.
2. Depending on whether you have the photo on your computer or it is online, you import it to your account. Just look for the photo upload tab and follow the directions. I find it works best to first download any online photos to my computer and then upload them to photobucket.
3. Once they are in your account, you simply click on or copy the image link and then paste onto IORR. In photobucket, the links are on the left side of the screen, use the bottom one.
Please tell me that you have figured this out, I don't want to be wondering about it while swimming with the dolphins.

you have to upload your photo to www.photobucket.com so that it gets assigned a www.address.com
then choose that address its given in photobucket and paste it in the address box. that opens when you
are choosing the PIC ICON on top of here to insert a picture.
alternatively, if the picture is on website right click on the picture.
choose PROPERTIES then copy the address that is there. and use that.
