Once again my question:

has anyone here on the IORR site actually received the replacement vinyl discs?

The recplacement cd discs were no problem at all, but actualy getting the vinyl replacement discs seems a little different, for me that is.

I sent a message five or six weeks ago, but never got an answere, let alone replacement discs.
After two, or three weeks of waiting and not getting an answere back, I tried again, but until now nothing...

Anyone else having the same experience, or did you guys actualy got the replacement vinyl?

Any suggestions what to do?

Same here! I´ve got wrong vinyl too. I´ve sent them three or four mail and facebook messages with ny receitp at the same time. Never got an answer. What
can we do?

No idea.
My problem is that I bought everything at the same store, the same time and day, so I've got only one receipt (I bought the digipack with cd's & dvd; the vinyl with dvd; the blu ray).
Maybe they recognised this and thought that I already got replacement discs, I don't know.
Fact is that I didn't even got a reaction.

We mailed them at facebook. My girlfriend made a scan of the receipt at work and sent a mail, like we did for the replacement cd discs, but this time nothing happened at all.

So I'm very curious if someone here did got the vinyl replacement discs, because so far I don't know of anyone who actualy got them.

They are not responding to messages about the cds either. I contacted them weeks ago about replacement cds with a proof of purchase receipt both to their email address as well as facebook and received no response at all.

Hum... that's not good at all.

So we were Lucky if we got replacement cd's at all last year.

Pfff... this is a very bad thing. They (Eagle Rock) know the cd's and LP's are not good, they even have admitted it and now they just don't respond anymore?

Is there anybody here on IORR who got the replacement LP's?
