No Love Train!

I see they rehearsed Love Train and Miss You last night. Pleeeaaaase, no Love Train. That was real cheezy on the last tour in my opinion and I have heard Miss You at just about every show I've ever been to. I would rather hear Emotional Rescue than Miss You again! Mind you, just the opinion of a jackass.

They did this in Rotterdam. I wondered why? Maybe it's fun to do live.

There are tons of soul tunes out there- why always rehashing things done? Remember Like A Rolling Stone... Do Hold On I´m Coming instead...

I´d prefer any R&R tune from the 50s above any soul tune instead.

I agree it was a total embarassment, I saw many people looking at each other with confused faces when they played it. Miss You and Tumbling Dice need a rest.... Too many other good songs to choose from.

i could list dozens of songs that are overplayed..miss you is one of them ,tumbling dice, a loose ramshacle honky tonk woman, please play honky tonk like the record if we must play it...thats there best single ruined by a elongated going nowhere mess...i could go on...now lets have one hit to the body, and a few more from exile, and the song dirty work love that track.come on boys be brave.and why dont you open the show with jumping jack flash

heres a few to consider

poison ivy
you better move on
out of control
repectable
shattered
torn and frayed

i could go on but if they play any of them i be happy

Love Train was great fun on the last tour. Some people take this shit way too seriously

But I agree, if theyre going to cover a soul classic, then they should do a different one this tour. Theres plenty out there.

Love Train was cool IMO, but they should try out Mercy Mercy this time.

If Mick can sing WORRIED ABOUT YOU he can damn sure try EMOTIONAL RESCUE. A friend of mine heard a local cover band do it and she said it was done just fantastic.

I enjoy them doing Love Train too. I like the Four Flicks version anyway.

I agree NO Love Train.

Although I enjoyed at Columbus last tour and on Four Flicks.

My suggestion for a cover is Drift Away an odd song for them to cover but I have a bootleg from the 70's and it sounds good. I think that the crowd would respond.

Besides we would all rather get lost in rock'n'roll than disco. Right?

i thought that drift away was penned by the glimmer twins, just never released. that would be a fun tune to hear this tour...

agreed - skip love train.

I liked Love Train, don't want it again though.

Tumblin Dice is a tough one, such a great feel good song but certainly overplayed. Would rather see Miss You gone again.

Theres a significant difference

Worried About You is a great song
Emotional Rescue is the worst single the Stones ever released

And people talk about "Love train" being embarrassing? It'll take some doing to beat that "I will be your knight in shining armour" nonsense

Rehearsing Love Train - that means Theater Show(s).....

At least that's a positive sign - though would like another one - also for a change....

Love Train was great

".....drift away penned by the Glimmer twins" ???

Check out the Dobie Gray version!

Can't teurn you loose was the horrible one.....Jagger doesn't have the voice for it.

Very funny but Can't turn you loose was my favourite with "everybody" and "ain't too proud to beg..." So you see oppinions are different and we all like different songs. Perhaps they should do an album like Bowie did with Pin-Up.

You should think that there is people who saw them only one time (in Buenos Aires 98), like me, so i would love to sing Miss You with the guys, also Tumbling Dice, dont you think?
