Are there some speculative dates venues in those 2 countries.

There's always a struggle between rumors in France. In Paris some say Parc des Princes, some say Stade de France. The Parc is about 1/3 smaller thant the SDF, and since it is in a residential area, it is limited to only 2 or 3 concerts every year. We'll know more later.

Another info is that the Stones are willing to play an open air concert or a stadium in the South West of France, as I posted on, my webpage a few weeks ago. It will be in the region of Bordeaux, but no news since. F
act is that a lot of british people have homes there, and there are a lot of low cost flights from the UK to this part of the country.

Apparently a radio station mentioned earlier this week that a concert was forecasted at Stade de France...

My belief is Stade de France too.
I had a discussion with Jake Berry in 2003 and he told me that the Stade de France was his favorite stadium. Great accessibility and infrastructure, great security, making his job much easier.

the problem with Stade de France is the sound.
in 2003, I was on the left side of Keith and the sound was not good..guitars were drowned most of the time and suddenly you could hear them.
not really pleasant.
how was it on the lawn ?

I think Belguim hasn't got much good venue's for a concert.
The best are IMO:
Sportpaleis
Forst National
and Anciene Belgique

I was front row on keith's side and the sound was pretty good - Great audience too - but had quite a struggle getting past security when the doors opened and they let us in.

I don't like the sound in Sportpaleis. Very old venue.
Vorst Nationaal is THE venue in Belgium. I'd love to see them there.
But aren't they building a new venue? The location of Vorst sucks.

And what about the new ethias arena in Hasselt: 21.600 standing - 16.000 seated!

So everyone is betting on a unique show in France and/or Belgium. Oh la la ....
I will have to travel more than expected.

I'm scared that they will play the Koning Boudewijnstadium (Heizel) in Belgium.
That's an horrible place for the sound of the concert.
Werchter would be alright.
The sound in Sportpaleis is terrible too.

One or two SDF (like U2), that's the question.

IMO : Olympia + 1 SDF.

Perhaps one date in Province.

I loved Stade de France and the audience was thrilling! Girls of only 17 years of age were fainting when the Stones entered the stage... Or was it the temperature? Great memories!

er... I think it was the heat!

I loved the location and ease of access (back into centre of Paris in under an hour - that would never happen in London).

However, where I was (20 rows back from B stage) the sound was really horrible most of the night. I couldn't even recognise the first song!
However, I think that this is due to PA system and not venue (although a combination of both affects the sound in reality, there were complaints about the Licks tour sound in many venues).

I was on the right side of Keith. What i remember is that after the third song the sound was great.
