I'm flying in from Philadelphia tomorrow. Looking forward to meet my Missouri brother there and take his two teenage daughters to their first Stones show. The both love rock'n'roll and are very excited.

This will be my third show of the tour after SD and Pitt. Hope to see them break out a tune not yet played. I'm a little worried that we may be stuck with an Ed Sheeran duet on something like Wild horses. Ugh. Maybe my nieces will like it.

I too am fearing an Ed duet based on his massive level of popularity at the moment.

So no big get together anywhere near the stadium? Everyone tailgating?

Any other musician IORRs interested in getting a jam on at the musicians foundation on Friday Night? They play Late-late midnight to all night long!

To pick-up your Lucky Dip tickets, please visit the designated ticket pick-up site located at the Gate F ticket office on the southwest side of the stadium.

You must pick-up your tickets in person, along with your guest. Once tickets are in hand, guests will be immediately escorted into the venue and will not have an opportunity to leave with the tickets. All Lucky Dip ticket purchasers shall be prepared for security screening at the time of ticket pick-up. Please plan accordingly.

Seating locations are pulled at random. The line forms starting at 5pm - do not arrive early. Tickets will be issued starting at 6pm.

We will be using strict anti-scalper measures to ensure that these tickets go to Stones fans and don't end up on the resale market with wildly inflated prices. We appreciate your attention to the following, so that you have the best experience possible:

Your picture ID, confirmation number, and the credit card used to make the purchase are required for pick-up. You will not be permitted to pick up your tickets without these three (3) items.

If we suspect any reselling or transfer of these tickets they will be immediately voided and you will not be entitled to any refund.

Heads up - no bags or purses allowed in the stadium larger than 4.5 inches X 6.5 inches. Clear plastic bags up to 1 gallon size can be brought in. Policy is on website under tab "all clear". So glad I found out now!

Big problems after the storm here in the stadium area. Trees down everywhere, streets blocked. Gazoline stations, shops and houses are out of power. My hotel near the stadium was out of power since this morning. I have moved into downtown for tonight.

today we had to move from our hotel adam mark at the stadium to crown plaza downtown because there is no power since last night cause of the storm....so another couple of drinks at the dubliner....

but hoping tomorrow we can take our hotel back

The is so much to do in KC if you have time - a killer WW1 museum, free art museum - Taylor Atkins. Alas, the Truman Presidential Library is closed for maintenance problems, I learned the hard way today, but you can go into his home nearby. Boulevard Brewing offers free tours and tastings, with timed tix available on site at 10 am - and all gone pretty soon afterwards.

I went east of stadium to Independence. Some good motels in the area, lots of shops, restaurants etc, about 15 min drive from stadium. Headed into city tonight to find some BBQ.

Does know know if the Arrowhead stadium has power? All the surrounding hotels
seem to have a power outage. The news reports say it could be Monday before all
is restored.
