How's this? The concert will be at TCF Bank Stadium on the U of M campus. The University of Minnesota Golden Gophers - the gopher is the mascot. Gopher teeth.

I have enough miles to fly in from San Diego for free, and have found a nearby hotel for cheap. Tempted to pay MN a visit.

Long time viewer first time poster. Can't wait for this show. Hoping to be able to get tickets, am a bit worried about it as have not had a lot of luck with concerts that sell out fast. Seems like most tickets are gone before they even go on sale. Would be nice to see them one last time. Saw them in 89 and 97. Have looked at ticket master and this show is not listed. Any idea why? I would assume they would sell through them.

I am concerned as well. I am really hoping for the AMEX pre-sale which has been touted for "all US shows". On Ticketmaster so far, about half of the venues listed have pre-sales.

Stay tuned. Fingers crossed!!

When many venues say tickets are sold out, it means they're sold out of what has been released. But not all tickets are released before or during the initial day of general sale. There are random ticket drops for months and weeks before the concert. Many of the best seats aren't released until a few weeks or days before show date.

So if you don't get what you want early on, keep trying. Fans on websites like IORR and Shidoobee will alert each other when ticket drops are happening, so check in often.

Best of luck to all in your hunt for tickets!

Thanks triplelicks, for the positive words.

By the way, I think we are neighbors (sort of) - you mentioned last week that you live near the 494 billboard. I do too! Just a mile or so from Crosstown/494, in EP.

Yes cmc I live in same area in EP. Cool! Would be great to meet-up before the show. We'll be going to Milwaukee show, too.

Nice to see you here wplett. I'm still not clear if these tix will be sold thru Ticketmaster or AXS. Seems like bits of info are being posted on the AXS website. All should be clear soon.

You may need to work at it a bit, but you will get tix if you want them. cool smiley

We are considering Milwaukee as well. Great road trip that would be! I just saw April 8 pre-sale info for Milwaukee on AXS. Nice small venue. However, lots of competition from Chicago people.......

The text below was posted by hooked on the 2015 Ticket Prices thread -

From Glimmer Girl on Shidoobee -she usually has good info. FYI, don't quote this whole thing when responding here, it will screw up the readability:

A Birdie visited and there appears to be four tiers of pricing for most of the shows. There are a couple of exceptions, Columbus might have five price ranges and Milwaukee only three.

All prices could be off by approximately $10-20 and do not include fees.

San Diego P1: $395 P2: $175 P3: $95 P4: $62

Columbus P1: $395 P2: $240 P3: $150 P4: $65 P5: $39

Minneapolis: P1: $390 P2: $210 P3: $150 P4: $65

Dallas: P1: $395 P2: $210 P3: $150 P4: $65

Atlanta: P1: $395 P2: $150 P3: $95 P4: $65

Orlando: P1: $392 P2: $185 P3: $95 P4: $67

Nashville: P1: $365 P2: $185 P3: $95 P4: $65

Pittsburgh: P1: $367 P2: $185 P3: $125 P4: $62

Milwaukee: P1: $395 P2: $270 P3: $94

Kansas City: P1: $346 P2: $270 P3: $150 P4: $65

Raleigh: P1: $350 P2: $270 P3: $150 P4: $69

Indianapolis: P1: $995(?) P2: $302 P3: $119 P4: $77

Detroit: P1: $360 P2: $180 P3: $94 P4: $65

Buffalo: P1: $403 P2: $150 P3: $94 P4: $77

Quebec: No idea.

I have no idea about the Lucky Dips pricing - but suspect it to be around $200 for a pair. Lucky Dip pricing was not listed on the presale and general sale pages for the US and Europe sales in '13 and '14. The Lucky Dip sales had their own sales page.

I do not know where the tiers are located in the stadiums. But here's my guess:

Baseball: P1 is on the field, P2 might be back of the field and most of the lower deck, P3 is upper deck with P4 up really high and far back.

Football: P1 is the field and lower deck sides to at least the 50 yd. line, P2 maybe the back of the field and the rest of the lower deck, P3 most of the upper deck with P4 straight back and high up. Columbus's P5 might be the parking lot.

Marcus Amphitheater - my guess is P1 is at least 1/2 to 3/4 of the amphitheater, P2 is the back of the amphitheater and P3 is the lawn. Indianapolis may have five tiers with an additional tier priced at $400ish.

If you're buying P2 or P3 for a concert with P1's that are less than $390, in most cities, you're subsidizing the elite sitting in the expensive seats. They're getting a $30 or $40 break while the P2 and P3's are picking up the difference. Your friends buying the $350ish's owe you a beer or two for helping them out.

You're not getting in the door for less than $100 (unless you're really lucky at pulling up those 12 rows of $60/70 tickets at the back of the stadium, way up high) and if you want to actually see a stage - not an ant farm, it's at least $350.

I do think there will be flex pricing (fire sales). Whether we'll see sections being repriced twenty minutes into the general sale or it will be two weeks before show time - we'll need a crystal ball.

Good luck in the sales!

I live in central Wisconsin and will be looking for great seats (willing to pay)for the show in Minneapolis. Ant help or inside info will be appreciated! I am a American Express card holder.

My last Stones show was Chicago 1981. My wife has never seen the boys.

I wonder when the TCF Stadium seating layout will be posted as all the other summer concerts at this venue are shown on various websites. Ticket pre-sales start in just 49 hours and it is odd that nothing is posted yet.

Still no seating chart for Minneapolis on ticketmaster, axs or Rolling Stones. It will be interesting to see if this is posted before they go on sale in just 1.5 days.

Any seating chart, web site or price info yet?

I am skeptical that Minneapolis will have any pre-sale tomorrow as it has been a week since the tour was announced and there still is no seating chart and the date was even taken off am and ticketmaster earlier today for a while. We are now looking at KC or Milwaukee as both of those shows are still posted.

AJ- it is odd that we have not yet seen a seating chart. As for the missing link/venue earlier today; I think that is an effect of the web site build. Things have been coming and going all week. For example, earlier in the week AXS had all of the VIP details listed. Soon after, those details disappeared.
On a hopeful note: Today on a local radio station, I heard several commercials for the concert. And the ads said that the AMEX presale starts tomorrow 10am cdt - via AXS.com.
Now if we only had a seating chart.......
