Looks like they're doing the Bad Co's albums in deluxe editions like the Zep re-issues. Got the first two on order and I can't wait. They look sweet!

Yippee! Glad to hear this.

For those who care, Bad Company was one of the original Skynyrd's favorite
bands.

Good news, they really came up with a bunch of great timeless rock songs in their day.

You are not alone!!
I love this band.
Maybe my second favorite after the Stones.
I will buy both of these deluxe editions.
Anyone know if there will be deluxe editions for Run With The Pack, Burnin' Sky and Desolation Angels?
I can live without Rough Diamonds deluxe edition...

Early Bad Company kicks ass!!!! Great songs, masterfully produced, awesome singing from Paul Rodgers. Magnificent. Too bad they couldn't keep the flame alive.

I'm a big fan of their stuff too. Paul Rogers is one of my favorite vocalists and Bad Co. wrote some killer, straight ahead Rock and Roll. I always wondered why there weren't lots more bands which followed their successful formula...a bit more melodic and soulful than AC/DC but still very simple and rocking. I guess progressive rock got in the way.

Never saw them live, and often wonder if their shows were as good as their records.

peace

So many people only like their first three albums and I don't understand why. ''Burnin' Sky'' (4th album) or Desolation Angels (5th album) simply just takes a few more listens to get in to.

I also recommend ''Company Of Strangers'' from 1996 with Robert Hart on vocals.
