Question about the American Express presale, if you are a holder where do you get the presale code, can't remember how they did this when I got tickets this way in 2005.

When I had a Gold Card it was the 1-800 number on the back.

So I would surmise the following:

1. Tour Anouncement - Wednesday 18th March

2. Pre-sale - Thursday 19th March

3. General Sale Friday 20th March

for the 1st batch of anounced dates anyway...

Last year, the European shows didn't all go on sale the same day.

Pinkpop & Werchter were 1st. I tried for the former without success.

The presale code is usually 412800

Thanks for that totally random number

So my brother-in-law has an American Express card he said he could buy the pre-sale tickets with, my question is does he have to be there at the concert, or are the tickets sent to the AmEx card holders for them to distribute? Just trying avoid snags farther down the line, especially as it will be for the San Diego concert. I know with the Lucky Dips the card holder has to be there to claim the tickets.

Wonder if there's any chance we'll get a pay-per-view this time around?

I don't know but I hope Red Rocks will be pro-shot and released on bluray.
I want it so bad I won't mind a few overdubs here and there! winking smiley

I'm not sure how reliable is this info, but...

"Fanboys (and girls), just a heads up, the Hard Rock Hotel San Diego is apparently making a hard push to get the group to stay with them… if you want to get in line for autographs and pictures. Just sayin’!"

Thanks Jeppe. I was going to be on the road on 30th but I'll make sure I'm not now! I'm keen to do the tour start - San Diego & Los Angeles. If the upfront tickets are too expensive I'll go further back but I'm not doing nosebleeds...

Is Baltimore a possibility?

Would love to know the same, with DC and Philly out, M&T would be a perfect venue but so far there has been 0 word about a Baltimore show. Last time they were here was in '06.

Baltimore is considered part of the D.C. market whether Baltimoreans like it or not (and vice-versa). D.C. got a show in 2013 so forget Baltimore.

I hope so. It's not out of the question...some dates haven't been rumored yet, and BV has yet to reveal about 8 more dates. Plus Lisa Fischer is in Victoria, BC for a jazz festival in June. Could be a good sign?

Not as good a sign as one might hope... her canceling one date from it to reportedly be in Molwaukke for a Stones concert didn't make me confident of a Vancouver tie-in.

Going to see her tonight.. in Seattle...

True...maybe a Portland show? That's closer to San Diego and that whole area

RS' website [www.rollingstones.com] shows at the moment only a white page - it seems that there's a update in the works.

On RS' [Twitter.com] : #SatisfactionThursday

There is a new website, too: [www.justakissaway.rocks]

EDIT: on the video posted on RS' Twitter there's a link to this Twitter account, where maybe the tickets will be sold: [twitter.com]

Very curious how this will unfold...

1. "StickyFingers re-release tour"
2. "Another Stones tour with no theme"
3. "The Last Time"

Are there any other alternatives? I feel like we are on the infinite final tour, until they don't feel like doing it anymore. Glad to be a part of it! The Sticky Fingers theme is kindof odd. I always thought it was a very WHO thing to tour an album like Quadrophenia/Tommy. Seems like a first-time deal for the Stones to tour an album 'again', if you will. One of the greatest rock albums of all time!

The only missing factors are ticket prices and the stage.

No, the $85 tix you needed to pick up with ID & CC (Prevents scalpers). The presale tickets he can have print at home or mail hard tickets. It's faster and easier to print at home

2. "Another Stones tour with no theme"

#SatisfactionThursday: maybe a hint to 50 Years of (I Can't Get No) Satisfaction - recorded May 10, 1965 in Chicago as well as May 12, 1965 in Hollywood.

'Satisfaction' Tour?
