right at this moment the song I can't get out my head is "Sweet Black Angel" Simple but Fantastic!

Another one is "If You Really Want to be my Friend"

I think I've bust a button on my trousers....

What's underrated in your book? Lack of radio play? Lack of acknowledgment by critics/fans? The boys rarely playing it live? Not really sure there's such a thing as an underrated Stones tune, especially among all of us here.

That said, how about Sway, which I don't think they've EVER done live.

Now thatĀ“s strong words, Bluespeyer!
As I recall Sway did top the wish list,
which Honured World Citizen StonesDoug passed to the boys for us.

Yeah, I think there are underrated songs also among us here:
Play With Fire is one. LovinĀ“ Cup isd another.
Downtown Suzy a third. In various sense the others mentioned here
also could pass as such. Dont think its just random that
Sway was so strongly wished either.

There are so many songs by the Stones which mean different things to all and generate feelings which are unique to the individual listening to the song.

I Don't Khow Why & Moonlight Mile are two of my favourites at the moment.
Depending upon the mood that i am in this can quickly change to -

I Go Wild
Heartbraker
Angie
Sway
No Expectations
Out of Tears
The Worst
Shattered
Heart of Stone
Shine a Light

The Stones have written and played so may great songs
that have a different meaning & feelings to the person that is listening to that song at that precise moment.
The Stones have a song for all the seasons and we are blessed to have enjoyed them for 43 years and onwards.

Tops
Time Waits For No One
2000 Man
Sweet Black Angel
Emotional Rescue
Slave

If I ahd to pick just one it would be TOPS but there are soooo many! They have worked on SLAVE for the past few tours but have yet to unleash it. Maybe we'll be lucky this time. And EMOTIONAL RESCUE would be nice. A friend heard a local band do a cover of ER a few years ago and made realize how great the song was.

"I Got the Blues". I can see this one coming back for the new tour. Great horns, a Hammond organ solo, and Jagger doing the vocals all by his lonesome.

Nice put, withssoul, fairly true, too, with some slight exceptions...
(e.g).Wouldnt say HTW or JJF are underrated; they are too be heared in every light-weight Friday nite show
when B-celebrities sings along in music quizes: and probably also
(how would I know) in karaoke nites. I curse the day HTW was written.

Anything off Satanic Majesties (except On With The Show), yes, even Sing This All Together See What Happens; in fact particularly this track as it gets slagged 99% of the time even by people who like the album.
