Shoud I use the pre 10TH code? Or keep it for theatre show.

I used mine already. In the interviews they spoke about theatre shows, but I really do not know if that happens.
I assume that Hollywood bowl will be as hard to get as MSG. Some statements in the forum told that they had only chances to get limited view right just after the opening, so I do not know....what would be the best

So a 15 hour flight just to see the Stones once and possibly with a limited view.

how about signing for another memebership and getting a ticket on the second day all at the same time while still in fan club sale. i am saving my remainig legacy for a theater!

Can't believe this, we booked a holiday to LA from Australia starting Nov 7th. Gonna miss the Anahiem & Hollywood bowl concert AAAAGHH!

As I said with the newer codes you might have low chances. but I still hope for a seat. I specially extended by flights as I thought there will be a 2nd concert.

I assume that AMEX on the first pre-sale day is better than new member sale on the second day?

I decided. I'm not going. Too far for maybe just one concert.

you could also go the Hollywood Paladium plus other L.A. area shows ;-))

The password is simply the 10-digit telephone number on the back of your AMEX card. You can find the number on the internet and enter it, but I suspect that your order may not go through if you don't have an AMEX, and there is some risk that it could get cancelled. On the other hand it might be OK? Everyone at least in the US w/ a gold or platinum amex has the number. So, there are a LOT of people with the card. It seems that the BEST seats are never in the AMEX pot; for example, I have never seen front and center in an AMEX pre-sale; many times, the sections are 1st floor side risers in the arenas. Of course, it's better than nothing.

Depends what one considers BEST seats.

I have said this before, but I refuse to pay $900 and sit more than 15 rows from the stage. I have tix for 6 shows, all second level pricing, except for 17th rows at Hershey, which I bought at a discount from face value. BUT, the Bowl might be an exception because it is an amphitheater, and so you can see from every seat. And, I am sure that the second level seats will be WAAAYYYY back (like MSG). It is tempting . . . .

think i'll save my legacy code for something better. rumors are swirling that a Sacto show is in the offing for January. palladium still a possibility. from what I hear - the Bowl is not a great venue for a rockn'roll show, anyway. Personally, I hate amphitheaters in general for rock. If you're up front they're okay....

That's interesting -- I would think that the Bowl (with natural acoustics and ease of viewing) would be great. Why do you say that the Bowl is not good for R&R?

For one, I believe there's a volume ordinance that regulates how loud a show can be. For two, amphitheaters in general, as I said, are generally lousy places to watch a show...and the Bowl in particular, with its boxes and such - great for a nice evening out with the wife to see the symphony or something...

Is it the 800 # or the regular # and do you add the dashes? Why don't you just post it here?

they just redid the sound system there, and rock concerts sound really good now...

the ordinance tells them when to stop, not how loudly they can play. hopefully they will just start earlier - a sundown show would be terrific!!!!

tickets still available in all tiers...didn't want to use the legacy code, though. may look into this tomorrow again..

Came up empty as well at 10:00 a.m. Finally saw two tickets for $178 halfway back and way off to the side. Maybe I should have taken them. I'll try tomorrow, but if I can't get something decent, I will be content with Fresno and Glendale (where good seats were easy to get) and be done with it.
