Any info on how the costs of the tour breakdown, ie transportation, stadium rental, hotels and what typy of pay the others on stage earn? We know the gross leaves a big profit for the Stones and Cohl!

For the last tour Cohl & his Company did have to guarantee a lumpsum to the Stones to do the tour. If he fails to achieve this sum after deducting costs he will have to pay from his kitty. So far it obviously worked for him.

I was wondering about the opening acts. Are they paid a flat amount (everybody gets the same), or are their fees negotiated on a band-by-band basis? Seems that up-and-coming bands like The Corrs, White Stripes, etc. would be willing to play for less money given the exposure they receive. But with somebody like Pearl Jam, do the Stones have to "up the ante"? Anybody know?
