I have never cared about the exact number of songs, as long as it is a good show.
In Brussels 1973, they only played 15 songs. Still sounds like the best rock concert ever.

So we have YCAGWYW with the famous "Wiener Sängerknaben" aka Vienna Singing Little Boys (or how's that to be translated?)

They should be a bit more costly than the other choirs so far, I guess...

What is the point when the best show ever becomes "How about a song or two more?" 15, 14, 13? How hard would it be to cut some of these songs down by a minute or so and add some variety into the same two hours or so?

well the stones they get 1.ooo.ooo 1 million dollar each per concert .. no matter how many songs, just to show up ..

i could be happy if they play only 10 songs, but in the order of Get Yer Ya-Yas´s Out! live album!!! (of course, with Mick Taylor)><

yes 250 $ a ticket small club max 500 people and play 10-12 amazing rariteit

Today's concert was by far one of the most annoying since their 50 and Counting Tour concerts, concerning the live coverage (I'm not talking about the concert itself or the setlist). What's the reason for the Stones to have their Twitter account which was supposedly to keep the fans informed but it doesn't work properly?

Maybe MT is in charge of the Twitter updates now that he only plays one song plus acoustic on Satisfaction. That would explain the lag in announcing MR and then nothing for 20 plus minutes... got off stage and needed a break before he posted again.

I would like to hear the Vienna Boys Choir's version of YCAGWYW, when people are posting videos.

'Back in 2006', we always had someone from within the stadium texting the setlist two songs per sms or something to someone here. I think I did the honours once or twice. That worked out well, in the pre-smartphone era.

Now with 3G internet access, there's no way you get a decent internet connection in a concert crowd for sending whatsapps and even old fashioned texting won't work properly due to the same overloaded network. At Pinkpop I had to change to 2G to get some sms out...

Luxury...
