Some of these tracks are pretty easy to find.
Most are are official Bsides of singles released in the late 80ies/ early 90ies.
DT for instance is on the soundrack to the Movie Maximum Overdrive.

I have a bootleg at home (on CD) from the Live at Atlantic Studio (the famous one) and at least 4 of the songs you are looking for are bonus tracks on this particular CD.
I'm pretty sure all the songs you are looking for are available alsewhere (mostly bonus tracks on existing bootlegs -which have been compiled on the CD youy are looking for.)

I believe all of the first 10 songs were officially released in Australia in the 70's. I actually thought they would have been released on the Bonfire box set several years back.

I had a friend download a couple of the other songs from the net for me (my computer is too slow). Fling Thing is "Bonny" on the live album and it's also on the new Family Jewels CD.

Crabsody in Blue is a hilarious song with a beat very similar to Ride On. It's about a guy getting crabs. I've yet to hear the first two tracks with Dave Evans on vocals.

I just checked, Borrowed Time is one of the B side tracks of the Money Talks maxi single
