I would like to know why Keith now uses much of les paul jr. than black gibson? He uses the later only for IORR.

When you say "black Gibson" i guess you refer to the 355? The simple answer to that question is probably that he likes the jr. more at the moment.

I love both those guitars but there's something about Keith behind an LP Junior that just lights me up.
They just sound so good together!

He likes the 355 the most for Berry-stuff. That's why he picks it out again when they play songs like Respectable or other similar rockers.

For more consistant rhythm or lead-playing, he seems to prefer the LP jrs these days.

Interesting observation, I mean, during 2007 for instance he used the 355 on songs like Shattered (not an obvious choice by all means) and if I remember correctly Heartbreaker, She Was Hot and Ain't Too Proud To Beg. Sympathy is interesting, 2002-03 it was hollow bodies (the red 345) but 05-06-07 back to the Junior.

I loved it when he used the sunburst '57 Junior on IORR in 94-95.
