So Maverick, how did you manage to blag your way into the Press Conference?

Re: Hair implants

Loads of people where there, not that hard, invited actually.

Re: Hair implants

will you be getting "invited", to the European shows, as well?
Or will you have to pay handsomely, like the rest of us, mere-mortals?

I'll have to pay, may get a pass to one of the Wembley shows but that will be all, after that I'm like the rest of you, paying almost £400 for 2 tickets per show!

Anyway we are digressing, we should be discussing the sorry state of Keef's thinning hair.

Maverick - Tell us all about the press conference in NYC in May 2005.
Who invited you to this particular event? Did you make out with Keith's daughters? Who filled in for you at the Kentucky Fried Chicken while you were watching the Stones? What kind of pass will you get to the Wembley shows? A pass to the bathroom or what? Please tell us more and I won't even mention that embarrassing stuff with the bitTorrents you claimed to have downloaded.

Wait did he have implants or transplants? Plugs or just single plants?? Could we please have some info about surgery?

Re: Hair implants

How do I know exactly what treatment he had, we know it's some sort of implant treatment, but not being an expert I'm not sure. Certainly not as good as the treatment Bono or Mick Jagger recieved judging by the results.

According to yesterdays Sun "newspaper"- (ahem), Justin Hawkins,
lead singer, in consistently awful, band "The Darkness", has recently had, either implants or a weave.
They printed before/ after photos, and the difference is quite striking.

..Mr Maverick- I've yet to see any photographic evidence,
of our Keith's alledged treatment, as striking,(or otherwise)
as Justin Hawkins' obvious "folicle help".

Care to post some before/after shots, to back-up, your claims?

Keith has followed Mark Knopfler and is going with a do-rag or bandana. Take it one step further, and you add a cool black hat as KR has. It's easy!!!

Ill try it one day, me too. Anybody on this forum who has had plants? And please no "Maverick is a slap head" answers.

Let's pass on that question to The Maverick since he's one of 'em slapheads on this board.

Oh cmon I dunno, but who has had implants?!

Re: Hair implants

I do not have hair implants. However I have known others who have had the procedure. And much like Keith they have gotten mixed results. Implants is also from what I understand a very painful procedure.

That said I can see why Keith is going the Do-Rag route. Why pay a lot of $$ for sorry results that are painful to endure.

At least with the Do-rag poltus he has a chance to grow more hair and in the process help hide the bad attempts at Implants.

No way Keith goes with a wig. Not in his makeup. I hope the Do-Rag works because if it does not I don't see a slap head Keith out on tour.

SEW IT TO ME
(Maverick/Richards)

Oh, I think I had enough of your posts
It's tough, it's a state of mind
I don't need it!

Sending a letter
To my mother
I need some implants
Sew it to me

I lost my hair
Unfaithful hair
I need some implants
Sew it to me

I need consoling
Your boy's feeling lonely
Describe hair for me

Sewit to me

Sew it to me
Sew it to me
Sew it to me
Sew it to me

If I can't grow it
I can wear the bandanas
I can wear a black hat
Sew it to me

Yeah, and I'm begging you
Begging you, down on my knees
Baby please, please please
You, you, got to sew it, sew it, sew it
Sew it to me
Sew it to me

Sew it to me
Sew it to me
Sew it to me

Yeah, I'm sending in a letter
To The Maverick
In America
Maverick it reads

Ain't got no hair
No sense of cover
I need some implants
Sew it to me

Sew it to me
Sew it to me
Sew it to me
Sew it to me

I don't have to have an afro
Or blond or brunette
It don't have to be no grey hair
Sew it

I might work in a spotlight
Right next to Mick
In my fantasy
Sew it to me

Sew it to me
Sew it to me
Sew it to me
Sew it to me

It could be a flatop
Could be mohawk
Could be a mullet
Might be a bob
Could be a bowl cut
Could be the afro
Sew it to me

Sew it to me
Sew it to me
Sew it to me
Sew it to me

Alright that's it, I'm having implants. I'm gonna try it but I will start with one on my left shoulder just to see if it grows. Let you know more later. Ooops.

Just watched the Licks DVD again last night, you can clearly see Keith baboon's ar#@ at the back of his head clearly showing.

Soon be time for a permanent hat as the bandanna's will not cover that much.

Quite possibly the beginning of the end.

From what close ups I have seen from interviews and the occasional close up from the boot DVD's from this tour things have not improved one bit.

A sad situation all the way around............

Twickenham and the club show.

Judging by recent pictures, it looks like he could have a Bobby Charlton haircut by the time the tour hits Europe!

You wouldn't want to forget to mention the Madison Square Garden gig either.

Still in favor of a shaved head or a full Steve Van Zandt style bandanna.

Re: Hair implants

McCartney dyes his moptop , for sure.
Sometimes its black, sometimes its brown, sometimes its grey.
Sometimes its a bit of everything.
