I connected at 10:02.
Then Block 103 and 104 were all gone.
I was assigned Block 101 row Q. row Q?? It means row 20?? I released it and got GA standing around 10:10.

There was no problem occurred at my Mastercard payment.

Anyone got 102, 103, 104 or 105 ?

I guess most of VIP tickets are not for this general public sale.

couldn't get any of the "VIP" areas - and I got thru about 15 seconds after 10am (thats 2am here!)

so I'll be trying to use contacts in the country to get closer. Still small venue (I'm hearing only 9000 people for this gig) so unless they stick to safe songs, should be great

The more I look at that diagram, the more I am puzzled by that "standing area". I really don't want to spend the night looking at Bobby Keys' shoes, so hopefully there's a clear view of the stage. Oh well, it will be interesting

I dont know who is running SISTIC but shame on him. Most disgusting ticketing experience ever and I have seen my load of Stones gigs, believe me....
And I dont have tix but my Amex is at minus 3000 Sing $

Not true that standing tickets were gone 1 or 2 minutes after the sale had started. I got one after about 5 minutes, put it in the shopping cart and continued shopping. As the clock was running and I couldn't get another on the other side, which was my preference, I tried to get back to the shopping cart an check out. There was no way. No button, no link, nothing. So I lost the first ticket.

The standing areas kept showing and disappearing and I got my next ticket about 25 minutes after sale start.

Two people wrote about problems with their billing addresses. Better to register on ticket sites hours or a day before the sale starts. That’s when you enter your billing address and can sort out everything without a stopwatch running.

Yep, I did that. I did everything by the book. But that web site is absolutely awful. What I had to go through to end up ticket less is too long and too depressing to tell but I hope never again.

I was at one point given the chance to stand at the side of the stage , KR side, RW's were never available, I clicked on wondering what it would be like to watch the horn players from behind for the 90 minutes they say the show will last, and got an "error" message. An hour into it and they are completely sold out.I guess I am content that I at least tried.

Feel better now ? Good !

Now then, with all that lovely money you've saved by not flying to Singapore, not being bored senseless for however many days you were misguidedly planning on being there, not getting hacked off because your view of the Stones on stage is in reality a view of the saxophonist's ass ........... you can now do the sensible thing and take in a couple of shows in Europe in the summer ! winking smiley

The seating map is not drawn to scale. I believe it's going to be a little better than it looks now.

It looks that a VIP block has 19 or 20 rows.
So this catwalk is less than half size of its Tokyo Dome show.

But I am wondering it is only for Singapore ?
Or any other small venue planning for European Leg??

S'pore seems to be sold out indeed.
But the lousy sistic-website is even not able to show that propery. As soon as you get through and click "buying tickets" the button of 15.3. shows 'unavailable'
Same goes for packages offered by marinasands.
Just not available, no note of beeing sold out or 'pls be patient' or whatever...
Must be an arrogant lot there...

The service offered from cotaiticketing Macau was excellence with every information you need and with confirmations immediately after booking.

So no S'pore for me, only Macau then...angry smiley

So who is going and what about a meet up before the show for a cocktail or two? Would love to meet some of my fellow Stones lovers.

Would love to meet in HCMC or in Hanoi (will be there 18th-22nd).
Not going to Singapore though, flying back to Europe on the 13th of March - talk about good timing. Can't really extend easily as I'm on my 5th 3-month visa and the government is making it harder to renew...

Maybe as the date gets closer we can do a role call and plan to meet before the show for a drink. I will be coming from Malaysia so will see who wants to meet before then.

Does anyone know when Sistic is mailing tickets out for Singapore? I am considering secondary market, but need to know where I will be to arrange to get the tickets.

Shanghai and Singapore shows

Why haven't these shows sold out? Will they eventually lower the price of the expensive tickets just like in the states to sell out?

Re: Shanghai and Singapore shows

No. They'll sell out.

Re: Shanghai and Singapore shows

If I had to guess why Shanghai hasn't sold out, it's because it's so bloody difficult to actually BUY a ticket unless you're a resident of Shanghai, can pay with a Chinese credit card, or failing that - offer a local Shanghai contact telephone number and physical address to which tickets can be delivered and exchanged for payment in cash !!

As I chose "venue collection", don't know about mailing.
But I got a mail that I can collect after March 1st.

Yep, anytime within a asian style busy schedule!
If I sort out the Singapore story with SIsitc, I will be at the last 2 Tokyo, Macau, Sing and Adelaide.
I'm based in HCMC and work most of the time in Binh Duong.
