Ronnie in NYC

Ronnie's been the man about town for the past couple of weeks. Probably could have scheduled more dates at The Cutting Room. ;-)

Besides the shows, breaking bread with MT and Keith and picking up some free swag at Tommy Hilfiger's, he and Sally were on the red carpet for last night's premiere of "Mandela: Long Walk To Freedom":

Sketching Central Park:

Spending the morning doing some sketches in NYC ~ great view : )

I think he needs to do something to control his demons.
Good for us and probably a big thank you to his wife.

Ronnie's taller than Sally literally by his hair.

No kidding, on the nice view.

Nice-looking sketch in that second photo.

I can see how drawing and painting would be helpful to his guitar playing--good for the focus and concentration.

Check out Sally's shoes, though!

(She's his new wife, Chris. Well, I guess they've been married about a year now?)

I know that he broke up with a Russian Girl then he dated a French-Jamiacan Woman? Now Sally.

Please -someone hand me a scorecard immediately. I can't keep up

I did notice her shoes, Aquamarine...was just razzing a bit on Ronnie's calculated hair height. I wonder if they practice their red carpet poses before they go out?

No, Ronnie...slide your right leg out front and I'll turn toward you.
Right, Sally...can I have a fag now?

Sketching Central Park:

You are some creative & cool guy, Ron.
Besides playing for us for decades, you always keep drawing...
And you're often playing and hanging out around the neighborhood

thumbs up

Someone should make a drawing of the picture of Ronnie making a drawing of.... where is M.C. when you need him?

Obviously Ronnie is the most happening and energetic Stone. Charlie plays dates from time to time. Bill Wyman is out more often with the Rythem Kings. Jagger and Keith rest on their laurels. I doubt Jagger is much interested in music anymore unless he can can translate his past glories into a big payday via a Stones tour or reissue of material alreday reissued five times

I think Norman Rockwell would do Ronnie justice better than M.C. Escher, Max. smiling smiley

I doubt your statement. I don't really like most of Mick's latter-day output, but he seems to keep that pen moving, for better or worse. Maybe it's habit, maybe he likes it, maybe it's work ethic, I don't know.
