So now the Stones are communicating by means of their app:
"The Rolling Stones to play Desert Trip with Bob Dylan, Paul McCartney, Neil Young,
Roger Waters & The Who.

Just as long as the guitar plays, let it steal your heart away

stones50 why even post on this thread? There are plenty of threads for you to impart you wisdom and opinions. Move along and let us enjoy our discourse. This is a Stones website and there are many discussions about bands and artists that have been within the Stones orbit. I am sure you would be much happier just staying off this thread.

Funny deltics! Yup, done deal was a famous Meekscary remark. At least change up your style of writing if you are taking on several different alias on this board. Funny how somethings never change.

It's very obvious this is the same guy writing under different names.
Before you are dictating who should 'get a life', you should take a look in your own mirror first.

Mickscary, Stones50, potus43, alhavu1 & Michaelsavage are all the same guy who obviously feels the need to diss Beatles / McCartney everytime he gets a chance.
Poor life...

I was yesterday for the Parisian concert. It was a first time for me to enjoy mister Macca live. And I'm really impressed ! almost 40 songs and 3 hours.
He still has some energy for sure, from quiet acoustic set to electric boom.
Highlights for me were I've got a feeling, Eleanor Rigby, Blackbird and Something.

If you have a chance, you won't regret your evening.

I was there too. Travelled over from the UK. Fantastic show with so much energy. I was one of the people who queued for 6 hours in the wind and rain and was near the front. So many highlights and I loved the crowd singing "La Marseillaise". I'm not French but love that anthem. The crowd started singing ,Lennon's 'Give peace a chance" so Macca told us to continue so he played it slong to the crowd!

Glad you like it too.

Waiting in the cold rain is a not very nice experience, but the energy on stage bring everybody up !

Agreed about the rain but there was some good humour and it was fun mingling with the fans. A Parisian next to me was also a big Stonee fan and saw then in '71. Grest gigging experience. Did you stand in that queue for GA?

what do you mean by GA ? wikipedia.org/wiki/GA

I was in the middle of the floor, I queued for about one hour.
The crowd was quite alive and singing winking smiley almost as wild as for Stones in Stade de France two years ago.
