Sure look like Dual Showmans to me.

Brian and Keith are using Fender Showman amps. I think Brian's has a 1x15 speaker, Keith's has 2x12 speakers.
Bill is using Vox AC100 through two 1x18 cabs, one on each side of the stage.

Who's amps were they? Did T.A.M.I. supply them, or were they owned by the Stones? If so, the latter. What else did they use them on?

Probably their own amps.
That was their standard touring set up from sometime in 1964 after their first US tour and up to UK tour in September 1966.

Maybe all this will be revealed when the Stones Gear book is published this Fall.

About renting gear and other things?
The footage and photos already show us what they used.

Im really looking forward to that book, but my sneaking suspicions are that we
a) already know a lot about the matter
b) because much of it is from this forum
c) because several of us/you know at least as much as the authors
d) and that there will be some nasty flaming over omissions and details as soon as the book is released.
However, really looking forward to it.
Will be nice to see if they have included/updated the info on gear played on this tour.

Some norwegian pick ups come to mind
Let's hope the book is accurate.

The gear of the 60's has been covered quite well here really.
