Hi guys!

As you all know Ronnie was involved in the recording of a CD to raise money for the Tsunami catastrophe. Karen from Biff! Bang! Pow! Records (the label that organised Mod Aid 20) was so kind to send me some photos of Ronnie @ the recording sessions and allowed me to post them here on IORR. I was asked to state that these photos are not official, these are fan photos and they are only to be used on the forum!!

I'm hoping to be able to post some stories/news about Ronnie's contribution to the Mod Aid 20 album soon!

I also promised some Stones news: Karen talked to Art, Ronnie's brother - and according to him, Ronnie will be (back) in the Studio with the Stones in June!
That sounds to me like the CD won't be out this summer...

thats ok, bridges was released in september for a fall tour
same here it looks like, no problem its probably for finishing touches and mixing in june

Just an observation, if Ronnie goes back into the Studio in June with the Stones, the new CD won't be out til the late summer or early fall.

If the Hyde Park rumour is true, then I'd venture a wild guess they would tour indoor arenas in Europe, then hit the USA and South America, Mexico and Asia.

Sounds like the normal schedule to me. Mick, Keith and Charlie and side musicians will be working (or have been working already) on the album and Ronnie will join them in June to play his bits and they will finish it together in summer. Will be out right for the beginning of the US tour starting in autumn, then the normal schedule USA, South America, maybe India, Australia in early 2006 and then over to Europe. Forget the Hyde Park rumour, it simply won't happen!
By the way, thanks KeithRichards for posting these wonderful shots. I wonder who the other people on the photos are. The guy with the glasses is probably his brother Art, but what about the others? Any idea?
Art once said in an interview about Ronnie some years ago that he is not a bad guitarist but it is time for him to learn some new chords....

Great to see recent pictures of Ronnie, but you've got it all wrong. Everyone there wants their picture taken with Ronnie and he doesn't really want to have it taken, but nice guy does anyway. He obviously has tummy-ache.
