Smoking just doesn't fly in North America. I think Obama smokes(d) but I've never seen a shot of him with a cig in his hand.

OK...I guess they just don't use it to market the candidate, like they do in the Czech Republic!
While you're at it, look for "Obama smoking weed" and see what you'll find.
