It's all good... just one song from Lady Ga Ga and I'll take that time for a bathroom break.

Bruce Springsteen, Lady Gaga and the Black Keys will appear with the Rolling Stones December 15th at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey, as part of a concert that will be telecast live on pay per view as "One More Shot."

Inside the Rolling Stones' Reunion

"We're excited these extraordinary artists, Bruce Springsteen, Lady Gaga and the Black Keys, had agreed to help celebrate our 50th anniversary as we share the night live with our fans all over the world," the Stones said in a statement on the band's official app. "Now the fun begins of trying to figure out the best songs to perform together."

The show is the last of the band's three U.S. headline performances this month, following a pair of shows in London in November where guests included Jeff Beck and Mary J. Blige, and Eric Clapton and Florence Welch, respectively. The Stones performed this past Saturday with Blige and Gary Clark Jr. at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, and the group also plays December 13th in Newark. There's been no word on special guests for that show. The Stones will also perform this week as part of the "12-12-12" concert to raise money for victims of Hurricane Sandy.

I think we definitely got the best deal in London!

Are they going to let Lady Gaga do the Gimme Shelter screeching spot? And whatever will she WEAR?

The Black Keys I don't mind, but SPRINGSTEEN? Oh dear. Doesn't fit at all.

Green Lady, no, Rihanna is just like Mick. She does not trash anyone who does
not trash her. But they definitely do not associate with each other, even
though, like Mick, Rih associates with just about everyone.

Its that a lot of Rih's fans are like Stones fans, they have strong musical
principles, and Gaga is viewed as having no musical principles.

Its not that Gaga doesnt have talent, she does have talent, its just that
what she does with that talent is viewed by many as musically and
culturally offensive. Whereas Rih's fans like Stones fans are of every
philosophical and political stripe, gaga's little brownshirts are, uh, little
brownshirts (not right-wing brownshirts, but scarily, almost militarily, in
step with their leader on everything)

I was just on the phone with gf Reba, and its so funny, because with all the
things we disagree on, Reba and me are absolutely united since day one in our
detestation of Gaga. Reba was kinda pushing me to watch the ppv with her, but
now like me she has no interest whatsoever.

I think it is just really funny that Mick picked I'm pretty sure the only
artist in the world that could have caused me (and Reba) to boycott the
pay-per-view. But it was a good trade on Mick's part. Lose one buyer, gain
millions of others.

Nobody is going to buy a PPV just to see their favorite performer sing one song when they can watch it the same night for free on youtube.

i went to the black keys concert in torino 9 days ago and they are great!
so i hope they will really be in, there are many stones songs good for them.
I like bruce but honestly i cannot see him matching with the stones, i don't know what to say.
Lady gaga..... only hope she will show us something, nipples, ass, stuff like that .....strange choice in my opinion

Gaga, I am no big fan of her music, but I find her interesting, and she she is not fake, she can sing. I expect something surprisingly great from her set.

Black Keys will be 1/2 a bore. Great band, not hated here like Dave Matthews is, but the final result will be just the same.

Springsteen will be interesting for me, because for the first time I will hear him sing backed up by a band that has everything that I miss in the E St. Could be that I end up liking his cameo!

Honestly, it can't be worse than this. Are they on the same label? Is that the reason for it? Or is it Mick's grandchildren who calls the shots?

No 'cos it's not confined to Rihanna. There's also no love lost between many Gaga and Madonna fans.

I'm now deeply regretting having already paid up for the PPV; I'd cancel if I could. I cannot believe that creature will be on the same stage as the Stones and it's just got to be Gimme Shelter that she'll butcher as well. I really am in shock.

Yes, we got the best deal in London. I'm grateful for that anyway.

Lady Gag Gag. The most embarassing thing they have done since the 1981 HTW dancing women on stage.

I am happy to be able to attend the 2nd London concert.

Je resterai sur cette belle impression, les "hôtes" de ce PPV ne m'inspirent pas du tout. En plus, je n'y comprenais rien sur la façon de capter ce PPV en France (pays non cité sur le site off), donc tout va bien.

But does Rihanna have "strong musical principles"???

If so, why does she buy cheap-azz songs from poor norwegian song writers? confused smiley

But...
Springsteen?

I am bothered by this choice. Sure, it's New Jersey and all, but we're talking a worldwide PPV here.

Erm... Springsteen is huge worldwide.[/quote]

Of course, I realize Springsteen is huge worldwide.
But I don't think he brings anything to the table as far as the PPV goes...
If a New Jersey Stones' show isn't going to sell out, then by all means trot the local boy out there to sell some more tickets.

In my humble opinion, Bruce does not belong on stage with The Rolling Stones.
They don't need him to be relevant.

The hell with it; I like Lady Gaga.
It's good popmusic, she can sing, fun to watch.
