The Wandering Spirit song played before the gig was "I've Been Lonely For So Long" by Frederick Knight. (Actually Jagger's version is the cover...)

Jealous Again (The Black Crowes) was one of the last song before the O2 sunday gig.

Seems like the same songs were played in both London and New York then.
I remember You Can't Catch Me by Chuch Berry was played.

They always play the same songs before the show, they did also during ABB Tour.
I can't recall the songs this time at all as I was to excited to see the Stones.

No, they don't play the same pre-show songs every tour - where did that idea come from?!
The main theme this time was quite clearly "originals of songs the Stones have covered".
I remember Chuck Berry's rendition of Come On in addition to the ones people have already listed.

What about the song they played last night right before the fan-film?

The one that can be heard right when the PPV starts?

On the 13th one of the "pre songs" they played was of a blues type singer singing Out Of Focus in the style Mick did on Wandering Spirt! HOCUS POCUS
