Have a look at the videos I posted on my YouTube page from the pit. Username is dgdamore I'm too tired to embed them right now. One of the best shows IMO.

Thank you kindly! Here's jazzbass' MR from the pit:

WOW! Great show!!!

Here's a highlight, AROUND AND AROUND!

It sounds absolutely great !
They rehearsed so many songs. At last they played an unusual one

"we know it's a bit late but we hope you don't mind if we stay"

I think it will be money well spent. They seem to be in mid-tour form. Too bad it's almost over.

They haven't played Respectable with this much intensity since 1978.

No more posing.
No more Vegas.

Just playing like a band with something to prove.

This was my 17th show starting with Steel Wheels and my first since MSG in Jan. '06 (not counting the 2 song appetizer last night at 12.12.12).

It beat them all.

I've never seen them this focused. They were so good it was obscene. Seriously - they have no right to be this good. They're average age is what - 69.6? They've done more drugs and drank more booze and laid more women than any band in history. They shouldn't even be alive, let alone be playing this well.

I can't even process this. Let alone the fact that I just saw Mick T. play "Rambler" with them. Did that actually happen? Seriously? That is just ridiculous.

If this was it, I have no regrets at all. In fact, I'm not sure I want to see them again because they were perfect (and yes, that includes Keith starting "Brown Sugar" on a glorious F# fart). They defied all expectations and it was completely @#$%& overwhelming.

What a band.

By the way, how do you embed the whole frame of YouTube instead of just a link?

I'm not sure what you mean but I just post a link and it shows up in the post as a video -- kinda magical to me.

Wow...just listening to the few clips already up. They are actually getting better and better with each coming gig. Unbelievable. It's like I'm listening to a Vegas version of the '81 Stones. "Respectable" kicked ass and "Rambler" is sitting very well with me. Taylor hitting some great stuff here. This looks like my favorite gig of all of them so far...

What I do, to make sure it embeds is...
1 Click on your link above, then
2 Cick on your name on youtube to get to your "channel"/listng all of your videos
3 then click the video to get it playing and
4 then copy the address bar to get a very short URL
5 and then paste that URL here with no other code, just the link

btw- it is a lot easier than it looks by all that writing.... but it works

Maybe you could try to go to the show on the 15th, it might be your last chance ever to see Mick Taylor with the Stones...you only live once, throw caution to the wind and go..you still have time!

Oh man that "Midnight Rambler" was great. MUCH much better than the other performances. Cannot wait to see this on the PPV now.

I just love the after glow of concert, "seeing" all the smiles, hearing everyone so happy and feeling the magic.... reading all the happy comments, people pumped up... basking in it....

...for come tomorrow, by the light of day, when the Stones bashers bring out their microscopes, and the analyzers start ripping apart the show and begin complaining about this and that and the other.,... and bitching about which song was cut versus... this versus that.... anyway.....

I love the concert after glow when everyone is still happy...
That is why I love The Stones so much... they make so many people happy
.

Nice to see this. For some reason, I feel like we wouldn't have seen this any time before....

Mick misses his cue at the beginning of "IORR"...Mick waits for a window to jump in...Keith helps him out by guiding him to the opening with a few guitar licks. Nice to see them in the zone, working to help each other. Haven't seen that in a while.

I will be quick because I'm dead.

This show was... WOW!
The Rolling Stones were amazing and the setlist great! For me the show really began at Gimme Shelter and it was very intense until the end.

Gimme Shelter with Lisa was really good. I love her
Around and Around was maybe the best moment of my life. What a surprise and amazing version!
Respectable was the best version I have ever heard. Thanks John Mayer.
Actually, everything was... PERFECT! And one thing: they can't do it better and Saturday show can't be like tonight. It will be a challenge for them to do a similar show than today...
I will be there on Saturday, they will do a great show for sure, but good luck to be as good than today!

Benjamin.
