Red wine and these amazing Oreo cookie balls that my daughter made. Smushed oreos blended with cream cheese and covered in dark chocolate. I'm on a health kick 2nite.
OH YEAH - way too good...I keep telling myself it's just the winter coat of fur that's bulking me up - but then I remember I'm in Memphis - not Toronto.Quote

That makes me sad, Max. Why don't you run up to the 7-11, get yourself a pack of double stuffed, 8 oz of Philly cream cheese, and a bag of Nestle's chips. Nuke the philly, smash the cookies, and then... wow - sorry - as I type this I realize this way too much work...I'd mail you some but they melt...Quote

Just finished breakfast - my usual of toast and morningstar breakfast patties. Hate to admit it, but I am kind of boring when it comes to food, I tend to eat the same things all the time, mostly vegetarian with some fish occasionally. Salads, pasta, rice and black beans, sometimes Indian, Asian, or Mexican when I eat out. I do love my coffee...
LOL...does anyone give a damn about what I eat?

We might make a good gastronomic couple.
Chobani yogurt for me right now.

Egg Vidalia -- in a small saucepan heat EVOO (extra virgin olive oil) to medium high heat, or spray the pan with olive oil cooking spray
saute 1 very thin slice of Vidalia onion or any onion
remove the center rings of the onion with a fork and put them to the side in the saucepan so you leave larger rings in the middle and a place to drop the egg in
crack 1 large egg and cook it in the rings of the onion about a minute
flip the whole thing over and cook another minute to desired doneness
salt, pepper to taste
enjoy!
