That is Neil Young.
But that's not John Fogerty. It's Crispin Glover.
And that's not Keith but Ronald Reagan. And it isn't Chuck Berry in that photo but a young Michael Clarke Duncan.
The only person in that photo that is who we think he is is the guy in the background, whoever that is.
