Where is the '7th missing' face on the top row, second cover...? I see Joan Crawford number 6 and Bill whose been numbered number 8 but there is no-one between them which then surely makes Bill number 7...?
A friend of mine says the one nunbered number 9 (which should be number 8) is not Liz Taylor but Jackie Kennedy and on the bottom line...first in is Hedy Lemarr and not Mick, 3rd in is Steve Mcqueen and not Ron....IHO.........
She reckons the missing one from the first cover may be Mario Lanza...maybe
She doesn't reckon nos. 15, 17, or 32 are right either..preferring Salvidor Dali (15), Montgomery clift (17) and perhaps Marlon Brando at 32....(as numbrered)
nope.

It's not the definitive list and some are still missin', but I agreed with loog droog.By the way take a closer look over Bill's head on the back and you'll see a face, that's the reason why Bill is # 8.

Dude, that is "You Bet Your Life" -era Groucho, and not Dali.
I'd bet my life on it.
You think he always walked around with a painted-on mustache?

Sorry, I may have been trying to be sarcastic there...I'll have to check with myself and get back to you.
If it turns out I was going for an obvious and cheap laugh, again I apologize as I do realize that is the domain of StonesTod.

...I sure miss the days when you could spend an hour cleaning the seeds out your lid and getting lost in the fine print and the art of the albums as you got stoned and listened.
In fact, now that songs are just computer files, we have really lost an era where music was a product you could hold, caress and carry to your neighbor's house to share. If someone ever figures out how to bring that back without the use of turntables, they will do well on me. Maybe a tablet device with interactive artwork in large format and DVD extra type surprises in every record. peace.

Can you roll one on a tablet like we used to on an album cover?
