Could be from this date with Joan Collins & Warren Beatty (MJ replaces Warren Beatty), from a slightly different angle:

Perhaps the back cover faces ought to have been #32 - 67... would have been more straightforward.

Maybe I'm outnumbered though.

I wondered if no. 4 back could have been Ahmet Ertegun....(who was head of Altantic records at the time & was protesting like mad about this cover - ie in joke).... but couldn't find a picture to totally convince......

Those are the same picture..aren't they ? (missing her right earring)..The one on the cover has different shaped lips..the girl on the cover has a narrow (left to right) bottom lip but it is also quite thick (top to bottom), her top lip is quite thin

Barbara Streisands are more symetrical also the girl on the cover has thick eyebrows...........
