Taylor goes Brian? winking smiley

Nope, Taylor almost goes Wood on the HTW slide.
For god's sake Mick go your own way, at least for one gig with the Stones.

Yes it was strange to see MT just play a slide solo and not even attempt to play a single note solo. That has been my main contention with RW all these years he plays slide solos and not single note solos many times and takes the easy road playing live. Here all were praising his solo on Little Wing with the Coors but all he played was slide. Its easier to slide to a note instead of playing notes, bends and showing your chops live.

So it's not an age thing. MT just seems to have lost most of his awareness of the fretboard and expression, in about 10 years' time.

PMS sounded great.

Ok, I like MT and I watched all the clips but I have to agree that Ronnie when he is sober and on target is, perhaps, one of the top five guitar players ever.

I Agree Ronnie is without a doubt, one of the top five guitar players in the Rolling Stones.
