To me, it sounds like So Young is a new 2011 vocal. For sure, it's not the same 1993 vocal we know from the b-side. The guitars are also different compared to the b-side. It could be alternate takes from 1993 or 1978 takes.
Chuck Leavell's piano solo is the same as on the 1993 version, though.

Remember Tattoo You had no credits whatsoever, leaving off the great sax man Sonny Rollins among other. They didn't even want to pay Taylor for his obvious contributions on Tops and Waiting on a Friend. He had to sue. That may explain why.

After one week of getting used to the new bonus CD, I'm really impressed with most of Jagger's vocals. To me the only real clunker is "Don't Be A Stranger".
All the rest, I'm loving it more and more. Even a musically uninspiring track like "Love You To Much" is turned into a nasty Punk/Riff-Rock-Monster, clearly lifted by Jagger's inspired vocals and lines: "You call it morbid fascination/I call it nasty education..." It's an intriguing template for Jagger's great contribution in shaping and upgrading many rather "basic" song ideas during the Some Girls years (1977-83), and in some cases - like this one - even today.

Claudine –original lead and backing vocals, new backup vocals added in 2011.
So Young – 1993 lead vocals, new backing vocals added 2011
Do You Think I Really Care – new vocals 2011, new acoustic guitars
When You’re Gone – new 2011 vocals and harp
No Spare Parts – 2011 vocals, new added electric guitar
Don’t Be A Stranger – 2011 vocals
We Had it All – new acoustic guitar
Tallahassee Lassie – original 1978 vocals, only handclaps and floor tom percussion added
I Love you Too Much – original 1977 vocals Keith and Mick, some lines are 2011 vocals (‘Martini lunch’)
Keep Up Blues – new 2011 vocals and harp. The intro until 0:25 seconds is completely new to me. The outtake available only has 2 guitars –Keith’s picking, and Wood’s slide, this released version has 3 guitars. Is that a new bass?
You Win Again: new Jagger and Richards vocals.
Petrol Blues – original.

To me, it sounds like the last chorus in I Love You Too Much (the one that ends with the second "Martini lunch" is new.

Cool. If even the specialists on this board can't tell, then they did a great job.

I thought that too, but are you sure? Could be a guitar spliced in from another take, or muted guitar that was there in the first place. Hard to tell, because the sound is suspisciously similar to the original acoustic guitar that ends the instrumental part right before Keith starts to sing.
However, the fills in the intro are very much in the vein of how Keith would play acoustic later on, so you're probably right.
