The 6th night in New York City on June 27th 1975 was a brilliant performance of "Cherry Oh Baby." They followed that with "Angie" and "Wild Horses". That 3 song run was the highlight of the boot for me. I just cued it up again for a listen. Mick wanted to end the song but Keith and Ronnie just kept on jamming.

Thats the version I'm most familiar with. It sort of almost falls apart but stays raggedly glorious. Recently rediscovered the Paris '76 version and forgot how good it was, too.

So what ever happened to "Soul Survivor"? When I first heard this on Exile (way back in when), I thought it was a great way to end the album, and was obvious for a great live song. But it's never been played AFAIK. Guess it just never worked out as a live arrangement.

Songs that should have an outing:

Break The Spell
The Storm ... These two could alternate at concerts with the Stones on stools (One of my dreams have always been a b-stage where they do one of these two songs in the middle, and doing an acoustic Country Honk before and an acoustic Sympathy For The Devil after).
I Can't Be Satisfied (Remember the great version on The Biggest Bang?)
High & Dry (Love it. Frickin' love it).
Through The Lonely Nights (Would fit Mick's current voice very good and Ronnie could shine a lot on this one. Keith on acoustic).
Slave (One for the arenas).
Hearts For Sale (Dunno, something about this track I love. Very 80s, but something speaks to me).
Highwire. Good choice, but it would probably seem dated now. They should have played it on the ABB Tour if they wanted it to sound relevant in terms of lyrics.
New Faces.
Under The Radar (Would be very interesting to hear how this would sound live).
I'm Not Signifying.
