It's the end of 'Let It Grow', from 461 Ocean Boulevard - the BBC have been using it recently as the background for a trailer for a programme on Botany, which is a nice touch for those who spot it!

Total George Harrison rip off but such a great riff. It sounds like it could have fitted on the end of While My Guitar Gently Weeps.

A rip off of George Harrison ? Never thought of that before
Let It Grow is more of a rip off of Stairway To Heaven, something Clapton realised after writing the song. But maybe it's just the end of the song which is in that youtube-clip? (can't watch the clip right now)
