Not to be difficult, you said no TV, but does this include the MTV live at the ten spot appearance? 30 minute show, equals two super bowls. Sorry for being difficult.

Yes, I think that MTV show at Capitol Theatre in New York must have been included. The Stones performed 11 songs at that gig, but only 5 were broadcasted.

Not counting TV shows surely meant not counting performances that were *only* TV appearances,
like the David Frost show and whatnot. Concerts that happened to be televised are still concerts!
