Gunfights? Car/boat chases? Explosions?

You sure this wasn't made in America?

Other than gathering statistical information--for something like this maybe (http://www.alexa.com/siteinfo/iorr.org ) --what is the point of this thread?

I was lucky enough to find this forum. I noticed this is a euro based forum, I'm from Northern NJ, USA. just curious where everybody else is residing?

I do apologize if this has been posted before. I still cannot find the "search" feature of this forum.

I just moved to Central NJ myself.

Lovely town.

I visited Oxford in August '03, just a few days before the Stones' shows in London.
Wish I had more time while I was there.

Wow! Texas is great, been there many times...but I'll take California's climate anyday. I think if I was told I had to move to Texas (especially Houston) I would get depressed rather quickly.

Well, I grew up in LA so I know the weather there, and I've been to Texas many times and love it there. The people are great, the food is great, the music scene is great. But SF is for the birds. The novelty of living here wore off really fast.

I understand and respect your point, but there is much more to California than just L.A. (which I'm not a big fan of, but I will most likely stay until I retire) and S.F.

no, i wouldn't dream of moving to houston (nor most places in texas). austin is my destination, with a SF-based salary to tote there. i love the bay area, but i'm very fortunate and excited about our new adventure in the live music capital of the world. life is short and it's about experiences....
