My son turned me on to this band,made up of two brothers,who play Rock and Roll the old fashion way,guitars and drums.They sound real good to me,so l was wondering if anyone else here likes them too.

Hell yeah! I've seen them a bunch of times over the last five years and look forward to seeing them in DC next month. Dan Auerbach's solo album last year was also very good.

Amazing band! One of my favorite new bands that have an incredibly consistent output. Their newest is wonderful. Full on grit with some interesting and unique changes in their sound. Attack and Release is a work of pure genius (Danger Mouse does a great job) of hillbilly horror. Erie, sounds that have a familiar DNA of American mountain music, blues, and rock. These Akron Ohio boys are talented!

I love them! Brothers is the best album of 2010 so far, pretty hard to beat.

Love all of their stuff but Chulahoma is in a league of its own. Highly recommended.

Yes. They are very good. I also like the Auerbach solo cd.

they are good but not as good as people say.
I can't stand their last CD, but Chulahoma and Rubber Factory were masterpieces.

they don't play rock and roll... well.

..I feel bad when people like "Brothers". their latest album.
there's something in it that I can't stand in music, in overall... no joy, no sadness... there's something missing in the sound. none of this special warmth

the song you posted it's cool. it's them at their bluesiest, early days, circa 2002.
I'm talking about this for example:

Great band, one of the best new bands to come along in the last decade. I'm seeing them this summer for the first time and I'm super excited.

Great band. I'm going to see them soon.
However the last time I saw them it wasn't that good. Seems that they do better in the studio.
Completely unrelated subject: I got myself the double CD of EOMS in a japanese package. I got a poster of one of the postcards with it. Was that poster also included with the european / american editions?
