My 2nd show Stargroves - I remember thinking it was the nearest I'd get to a 60's style festival. I had bought the Wembley Tickets months earlier or this would have probably been my 1st and only 82 show as I live less than an hour from Leeds.Great day AND Stu's last show.

Back in 1965--Berlin Waldbühne..i was 12--and on on vacation their with my parents.I didnt know that the stones would do there at this time. a few weeks ago I heard--I think it was a german compilation-Around and around. Just liked that one.
So I became a "Rolling Stones" -fan,,,,til now! It was a disaster-concert,--not from the Rolling Stones, but by the crowd. happy, didnt get hurt there!!--well, thats 44 years ago--but I still feel it was yesterday.
My second -one was Hyde park , back in july 1969--A great PARTY!
under the boardwalk---down by the sea

1978...Anaheim stadium....everyone buzzed about Some Girls....drug dealers in the parking lot....shoes being thrown on the stage.....opening acts were Etta James, The Outlaws....i think Peter Tosh....still have the tour shirt

1966 - Hollywood Bowl, great seats, great show. Very exciting evening. Opening were Buffalo Springfield, Standells (Dirty Water), and The McCoys (Hang on Sloopy).
(I think we've had this thread a few times over the past couple of years. So what, I still enjoy reliving that show!)

I can still remember them climbing the steps to the stage near me
in the dark and the girls screaming and the lights went up.

1990 Maine Road Stadium in Manchester (first night) with the unbelievably bad dAn Reed Network supporting. I was 16 years old and squashed up against the front barrier. Realising this is comfortably over half my life ago makes me feel suddenly ancient at 35 :-(
