BIG reason this album has many many many fond hot summer days and nights
memories for me... must have heard 400 times over and over over ..
it still incites me to crack a beer every time it starts up ....

bought a CD (or 4) for house/apt/car they were stolen..... bought another 2 or 3....

should I include the copies I bought today?


but I am happy to say I DID NOT pay $132.75 ( or even $2.99) for a stupid single CD of Plundered on ebay .... or anywhwere ; )

Today's purchase of the Deluxe two cd version was my second time buying the cd...but it came at such a great time...my first cd will be kept, but it skips like crazy. Unfortunately, I only discovered Exile in 1999 when I bought my first cd...it lasted 11 years...and I plan to keep better care of the new two disc set.

4 times - The original vinyl album in May 72, the 1st CD in about 88, the Virgin reissue in 94 and now this.

Of course I've bought various bootlegs along the way the best of which is I Got A Line On You.

For myself this is the 3rd time (CBS, Virgin and now UMG cd).

Original vinyl was a present I will be thankfull for all my life.

I lost the count of how many copies I gave as presents to firends during the years.

Ok, well way back when I bought just the normal double LP in the US. Then I bought the Japanese import on vinyl. Then the first CD pressing. And now, the remastered Super Delux and the Target package. ENOUGH!
