i'm getting really pumped now. it's been like since ABB 4 years ago since we had their last Exile!!! woohooo....

What songs would keep us from going to the shows? That should be the question. If we know, and we do now with text, the set-list night in, night out what would keep us home instead of going to the show(s)? They are not going to change, They cater to the "greatest hits" fans. We have to try and buy an outlandish ticket for a small gig to hear the gems. Fair??? No. I'm weary about the next tour for the fact of Keith. Also, I don't want to see the other band that backs them up. They use to be a must see but the last time I saw them I didn't have that religious experience that I am use.

call me naive but If They do go on tour again I have a feeling that they're gunna mix it up set list wise. ABB turned into Licks Part 2 but not as good. I think they're aware of that. Im guessing we're gunna see them delve back into the song book and do lots of old covers.

well they should have gotten the hint when tarps started replacing people in the stadiums especially on the second leg of the US dates

i'd be more apt to think the setlist will even be further constrained and conservative, frankly.

Last tour was Licks2?? How so? I thought Licks was a good mix up and the energy was there. I thought ABB was boring to be honest.

im all for changing the dynamics of the setlist.

instead of playing the same 15 or 16 songs each gig while rotating the other 3 or 4 songs various times on the tour, its time to pair warhorses up or even put them in groups of 3 or 4 and rotate them as each gig passes.

only paint it black, brown sugar and jj flash should be ever presents on the next tour.

we could then have a b-stage section for oldies only short versions of pre 1965 songs only, a section for keith to play where he rotates every gig aswell.

new songs if any to be played aswell.

cut out the 12 min versions of you cant always get what you want, bin its only rock and roll, you got me rocking and miss you from warhorse status, and relegate to rarities status instead.

rotate a few rarities each gig, ie, citadel, child of the moon, moonlight mile, cool calm collected, luxury, hand of fate, some girls, she was hot etc.

and this could be the result.
