Broken Head Blues work title for Black Limousine in 1973?

Found this on Zentgraf's site:

Black Limousine I (Instrumental, with Wood on guitar)

Recorded between 13-24 november 1973.

The worktitle could be Broken Head Blues.

I've got two takes called Broken Head Blues, but they are from the Paris sessions in 1977 / 1978. Also Instrumental, but they don't resemble Black Limousine. Is this a mistake by Zentgraf? (he makes very few, like the Perkins solo on Worried about you, LOL) Never knew they cut the song way back in 1973 with Ronnie.

I remember having a working version of this song on a tape in the 70's that was labeled with a working title "Electric Blues" - howzat for a snazzy title?

Broke Head Blues is on the Bootleg--"Gals*Gags*Pinups". The boot is from the Some Girl sessions at Pathe Marconi. (with Carnival to Rio--Clapton--from '75)
The tune Broken Head Blues sounds nothing like Black Limousine.

Ironically, a version of Black Limousine is on there, with different vocals but sounding alot like the released version.
