Sounds promising, yes? Let Plant ride off into the sunset with Alison and age just as gracefully as he wants. I say, "Let's Rock!"

Grohl, Homme and JPJ? Magic!

JPJ, I always thought was the heart and soul of Zeppelin. And, I'm not a bass player.

Just listening to the 14 second clip, proves that JPJ was the sound of Zep.

Where's Jimmy?

Sounds like it'll be really good. Glad to see JPJ is keeping active.

Really stoner sounds. I hope that we'll heard full track before October 23th. By the way, great to see Dave back on drums.

Founds some demos on youtube with vocals. The vocals don't work for me.

Sounds fine to me and its only a demo...

Wonder where the name of the band came from. Sounds like something one of them might have heard someone say in an old western movie. "Dag nabbit! The bank's done foreclosed on the farm, and now them crooked vultures is a comin' fer everything that ain't nailed down!"

EXACTLY, tatters! Gabby Hayes would have said something like that!

Or Slim Pickens.

Personally, I'm very excited about this band. Missed my chance to see Led Zep in 1975 because my band had a gig that night. Saw Plant on the last tour, so seeing JPJ would at least be half of Zep.

Just like I've seen half of the Beatles live (Paul and George).

Speaking of Paul.......his Atlanta show is still being heavily promoted on local TV and radio, so my only guess is that there are a BUNCH of tickets yet to be sold. Love Paul, would like to go, but tickets are about $90 for standing room in a park. With other fees added in, taking my family of four would cost four hundred dollars.

Wouldn't go see MOSES for four hundred dollars.

Aha! That sounds promising! Imagin them playing the festivals in Europe next spring!

Why haven't you seen Ringo? He's toured regularly since 1989 and his shows are fun and inexpensive.

You're right. He's been here to Atlanta about three times, and each time I was either out of town, or didn't have the money, or something like that.

I keep thinking that he'll start up another All Starrs Tour, but it's been years now. Do you think he's officially done with that?

He toured in 2008, though I haven't seen him since 2006. The attraction for me is not so much seeing Ringo, who basically sings the same 12 songs everytime, it's the chance to see some other great performers who I probably would not otherwise ever get around to seeing.
