The last one called "Les années Stones" is a reissue of the rarest Satisfaction EP with the "Blue Titles".

- DECCA Black Title 79090
- DECCA White Title 79090
- DECCA Different Picture same reference 79090
- DECCA Different Picture other reference 79603
- DECCA 457086 REISSUE with Brian JONES moving his arm Red Titles
- DECCA Juke-Box 72039
- DECCA 457086 REISSUE with Brian JONES moving his arm Blue Titles
- DECCA Same picture as 79090 & 79603 but with a new reference 84090

I have 6 numbers of a rare zine from the 70's named "Satanic Majesties" : there is a KR special issue (with 71 Tarlé pix) hot smiley and another one that covers the 75 MSG gigs (also with lotsa pix, one of them used for the "Toronto" cd on OBR)
Beats some "serious" rock mags from the time imo.

Hello!. Just a bit of information about the spanish Sticky Fingers LP
There are three legit spanish versions of Sticky Fingers with treacle tin cover and one with the Andy Warhol jeans cover (with no real zipper- just a photograph)
Treacle cover
1971 Hispavox/Rolling Stones Records COC 59100 HRSS 591-01 ( red tongue logo on upper right corner) with credits insert.
1975 First and only Hispavox/Rolling Stones Records COC 59100 HRSS 591-01 reissue ( white tongue logo on upper right coner) copywright on label 1971 (with credits insert) this reissue is even rarer than the original 1971 release.
1980 EMI reissue 10C 06:063616 with credits insert
Pants cover
1980 EMI 10C 06:063616 First spanish release of the Andy Warhol cover but without real zipper (with credits insert).
Hope this help
Regards

Although this release has a Rolling Stones Records catalogue number, it was released on a black Atlantic Records label. .
Is this true ?

several years ago I found a copy of IORR in germany...appears to be legit from all angles but it's possible that it is a boot....country of origin is Brazil....cover is the same but "Stones" is written at the top....the last "S" has a long tail which appears to 'satanic'..like the devil's tail....very cool...can't find it in any books...anyone have this ?....or seen one ?.....peter

Does anyone have Sticky Fingers with the real zip?

UrbanSteel
There are at least three versions

The 1971 original version
The EMI end 70's early 80s version
The CBS late 80s version

And maybe a version on the Virgin ( EMI ) label.

...This is completely new to me.
How does one correctly 'identify' each copy??
