Yes, I think he had. (It was discussed on an earlier version of this more complete thread).
He's in fine voice on the Australian gig. As is his female partner on that track.

I used to have a VHS with a Mick Jagger concert on it. This concert was during the Wandering Spirit times. Maybe even webster hall. I remember there was a song on it I liked a lot. During the song he was walking on some sort of ballustrade along the side. does anybody know what song or concert i mean??
