During 69 tour the age was lowered to 13 while during Licks Tour it was raised to 16.
I was at Roseland and Mick said "19 years old" but maybe he varied it throughout that tour.

It may be true that Mick changes this rather controversial verse depending on the place in order to be politically correct. As far as I remember in Paris (on Four Flicks) he sings 16 years old. Perhaps he raised the age to 19 for more conservative US audience.
