Mick Jagger is sharing the passion of football (soccer) with millons of others. It is important to know that the FIFA World Cup in football 2026 will be happening from June 11 to July 19, 2026. Stones shows will probably not be on the same dates as the games close to the quarter finals, semi finals and final game. Hopefully the venue logistics are easier for 2026 than they were in 2025, when Barcelona seemed to be a big problem, due to delays related to Camp Neu renovations etc.
It is too early to tell when and where the "European Tour 2026" will be announced, and where the shows will happen. Some sources do even talk about a last time appearance in Buenos Aires, Tokyo and Sydney, but given the Stones are not too keen about long travels, these rumours are long shots rather than most probable cities for 2026.
For updates about the Stones new album and tour, see the IORR News and Tell Me Forum pages.
Mid January 2025 the messages from several sources were that Paris would be the last show, and that Bucharest and Vienna was taken off the list. That made a shorter tour of 11 cities and 14 shows. That tour would have lasted from May 10 to July 16, give or take a day or two.
