Congrats on the 100th ! What dedication, and the fact that the 100th is possibly the worst ever available source says something about that ;-)

Yeah, what's a "Truff" anyway ? Here are the definitions I found : ;-) "The mafia way of saying true." "A person with that is , and or ." "when meets " "The lower parts of (or pants) that can be removed by unzipping them. A contraction of and ."

Works for POTNight but that (great) site is going to be needing a lot of updating after this release ;-) Quotestanbooth Really digging Part of the Night, gorgeous and melancholy song. Any idea what year/session this is from? Have been listening to this download nonstop for the last 5 days. For an up to date list of the sessions for all the 50 tracks check this out :

What "propaganda" ?! Just a simple discussion, read the above and add your comments if you don't agree instead of using big words that have no place here. This whole lossless/lossy debate is wasting everyone's time and fun. As a result we have people wandering if the CD they're listening to is lossless or lossy, very, very silly. But hey, your problem not mine, knock your

What's the point of downloading MP3s provided by a third party when you can download the FLACs that were kindly ripped and shared by Werther2003 a week ago. Once you know you have the best available quality and if you need to compress them for transfer to a phone (there are apps that play FLACs of course) you can always experiment and convert them to MP3 at CBR 320/256/192 or VBR 192/162 (li

No news for anyone on the "non-shipped" Red SFs I presume ? You have to wonder at what moment Bravado are going to stop "chasing" the copies they sold but did not receive and refund everyone with a big fat apology.

Well yes some people are going to be trying to sell CDRs but that can't be a comment directed at the CC "Japanese Fan Club" release because they are NOT CDRs of course as seen in the pictures that have been shared and having received my copy today from the eBay seller (a lot earlier than announced) I can VERIFY that they are indeed silvers ;-) In any case silvers are nice(r) to hav

Use your ears ! Do you hear any MP3 artifacts like "swishing" on the cymbal sounds ? Yes ? It's a crap 128kbps MP3 ! No ? Stop worrying for nothing and enjoy the music !

The FLACs come from here and they are from the sivers of course, full lineage shown by the uploader for those who will bother to read.

Sad news, the 4 hour compilation video on YT is now...gone ! I downloaded it earlier but it's probably not worth uploading it again...wasn't there a "Russian" YT at some point where UMG would have a harder time getting the files pulled ?

I do ! I still remember hearing it for the first time in my car on a cassette I had bought at a record fair (still have it !), likely in 1991 so 30 friggin' years ago. The same long piano version without the vocals too. It was a copy of the "Goin'...Mad & Wild" boot. Much better sound on that new version of course and the Mick&Keith vocals are terrific here, pretty uni

Quoteliddas Quotegotdablouse IMHO This whole "lossless vs lossy" is completely blown out of proportion, especially when you're talking bootlegs whose source is completely unknown (DATs, good old tapes at the Xth generation, FLACs, MP3s, etc..). I do get slightly annoyed when you have some "Qobuz Maniacs" who pop up to crap on the best ever outtakes release in Stones (over

Interesting, actually I was going to edit my message to say that IN THEORY the FLAC rips would be better than the CD ripped to MP3 but like I wrote above (practically) no one can tell the difference between a lossless FLAC and 320KBPS mp3 so it's not really surprising that you can't tell the difference between the FLAC (yes it was ripped by Werther 2003 from the CD) and the VBR 162kbps,

QuoteIrix Quotechevysales I d/l the lossy files and absolutely blown away by quality of this stuff but wonder if there is anywhere I can download the full files ie FLAC's or whatever As far I've understood this release the original source is lossy (MP3, ca. 160kbps) - so there would be no improvement in sound quality if the CDs are ripped to FLAC - . This is incorrect, the FLA

Quotedandelion1967 QuotePaintMonkeyManBlack is this one new ? Never heard it! Sounds like The Rolling Who!! That audio has to be from the endless instrumentals on the 8 CD "Satanic Majesties Sessions" boot and yes it's now a lot more listenable as "She's Doing her Thing" on FFSO.

Well there are well known Licks outtakes, pretty decent too, so that wouldn't be the reason. It's possible that the "source" knows the stuff got stolen before 2002 or that all this material had been prepared ahead of Licks, the infamous 2xCD "Memory Hotel" project that was confused with a Japanese 2xCD Single release (with Everchanging World) in 1999 and that stayed

Some people here have been referring to "tapes that were stolen from Don Was" to explain this "eruption". I've followed up with questions since I do remember reading some kind of story about this but have come up empty handed and the people who posted never replied. Anyone else remember that story ? Someone also said they "found out" that there likely weren&#

Jagger´s singing is so much solo stuff sounding, also musical arrangements are much more 1985/1987 solo sessions. Nothing compareable to the rather rough sounding DW outtakes. Nevertheless not a bad tune Imo it comes fro
