Quotekeefmick For those of you who live in the area--is traffic from the Beverly Hills area to Pasadena likely going to be awful late afternoon on show day? Unfortunately I can't get out of Beverly Hills until 3 or 4pm to head to Pasadena that day and am very worried about it taking forever to get to Pasadena. Thanks. If your goal is to be in the Rose Bowl by 7:30, you shouldn’t have a pro

QuoteChris Fountain Johnny Unitas wore #19 - Something to think about. ...Roman Gabriel wore #18, so are the Stones going only play 18 songs when they reach the L.A. area?

The best part about going to multiple shows is, when the first show ends, thinking Wow! I get to do this again in a few days!

Shockwave is great, IMHO better than anything from his first solo album, which wasn't bad by any means! Looking forward to hearing the entire album.

QuoteHairball Quotekeefmick Kennedy—why not just walk there and avoid the traffic hassle? Seems to me like there is nothing better than walking to a Stones show in your hometown!! Not to mention the convenient free shuttle service to and from Old Town, but maybe Kennedy prefers walking to a stadium in 120 degree desert heat in Glendale, AZ? See ya'll in in Pasadena AND Glendale!!! And

QuoteHairball Massive pit aside (which isn't that bad really unless stuck on the extreme ends), what's odd about this layout is the seated sections behind the pit. Reminds me of Neil Young at the Forum '15 - a large GA section standing room only up front, and behind that reserved floor seating. While myself and everyone else in GA was obviously standing in the front section (was

Quotetimbernardis Questions: I am thinking of doing a live Facebook broadcast of the opening show with my Samsung S9+. I have an extra battery too. Some questions: Will I get in trouble or shut down if I do this? How much cell/mobile phone space will I need for a two hour show? Would the only folks able to see it be my facebook friends? Perhaps an option is to broadcast it on the

Quotemickschix If I were to take a wild guess, I'd say it would be someone like Dave Stewart, or Pete Townshend....or even Jerry Hall until she married that dolt, Murdock, who Mick has said is not a friend of his! Mick is not a fan of the ultra-conservatives. Jerry Hall always seemed to have Mick's back...and I was never a Jerry fan but she seemed to be a comfort to Mick and that count

QuoteSomeTorontoGirl QuoteROPENI Is any of the shows "sold out" yet ? Burl’s Creek sales look dire - nearly half of grandstand seats available, and standard price tickets available in both pits, Glod Circle and General Admission. That can’t be good. On the other hand, traffic might not be as bad as predicted. ...and you can get closer!

Other than the Stones re-scheduled tickets I'm still holding on to, and the possibility of going to the Grammy's salute to music next month, nothing for sure, however next week Live Nation is having a $20 fire sale for hundreds of concerts, don't know if I'll bite, but I will check it out.

QuoteHairball Haha - sorry for laughing daspy, but I've done similar...was in Hawaii once when it dawned on me I had Steely Dan tix in L.A. for that night! Never had tickets to two different shows for the same night though lol... Even funnier, my wife and I had tix for the Temptations (or what was left of them) at the Universal Ampitheater about a decade ago. Arrived at Universal City

Hendrix at the Hollywood Bowl (September 1968), I won the tickets but I was in the $3.50 section. I think the top price was $5.50 or $6.50. When I saw Cream the following month, my ticket was $5.50 while the top price was $6.50.

I am not selfish. My main concern is for Mick. I hope Mick will get well. Not because I want more shows, but because I care about Mick as a person. I want him well, because he and his band have been giving me - and many others - so many great moments Yes...If you may recall, Tom Petty was advised not to tour and to have surgery in 2017, he refused and look what happened to him.

Live for the moment! Back in 2012 I was in a position to fulfill one of my bucket list items. I told my wife as soon as I retire that I want to take a trip to Australia and New Zealand. Her comment to me was, do it now while you can, because, as the Traffic song goes, who knows what tomorrow may bring? So I did the trip then! ....once again, thanks Rockeeeee for the hospitality!
