I'll probably need to ask this closer to showtime, but what options are there for folks who do not have a car and will be staying in LA? I saw someone post that Uber/Lyft is impossible to find after shows. Any private shuttle or public transit options for concerts?

I just want to say I'm so grateful this tour is scheduled. It's given me something to look forward to as I struggle with pandemic languishing. <3

I just spent several weeks in New York. It's inundated by drunk college students. I took the subway at night deep in the boroughs to meet friends, and it's no different from when I lived in dicey neighborhoods. Keep an eye out, be a little tough, and you'll be fine. It's a great city. Whoever posted that garbage is a fool.

If I buy a ticket now on Ticketmaster, will I be able to cancel the order if I have a conflict with the rescheduled date? I'm seeing some face value pit tix ($500 + fees), but I also have plans in September.

I had tickets to Bob Dylan's 2002 return to Newport Folk Festival and David Bowie supporting his album "Heathen" about an hour away. Chose Dylan and would have caught the last half of Bowie's set if he went after Moby. I believe it was a double headlining tour, and they alternated slots. Managed to see Bowie twice on his following tour, but that's it. Still glad I m

Quotequietbeatle an industry insider says The Stones are going to do some virtual shows and the prices will be high. No word on when or where or what but that is what he said. What's today's date?

QuoteTaylor1 That subject concerns two known Stones, Mick Jagger, allegedly, and Bill Wyman with 14 year-old Bill Wyman. But how old was the first Bill Wyman?

Very brief Stones mention in response to an irate caller on CSPAN, 1994. Surprising that 30 years after the British Invasion, this was still a sore subject:

QuoteSomeTorontoGirl Thanks for posting! It’s nice to know that I’m dressing slightly better than Keith during lockdown that there’s new music coming! Haha, if the time saved by not dressing fancy was spent in the studio, I will gladly forgive Keith! I like his knit cap for sure.

With all the variants that develop, we might need a periodical booster. I worry the variants will prevent arena/stadium shows for a long time. I'm also worried I won't even see a concert in a theater this year. I hope I'm wrong. I appreciate the optimism here. And I apologize for venting negative feelings---I'd love to attend concerts by pretty much anybody at this point.

Quotepodiumboy I really believe the concert/touring industry as we knew it to be is over. I believe we have already seen our last Rolling Stones gig, and probably the last large concerts period. Not even being a pessimist when I say this, I actually WANT to be wrong. But I feel like the evidence is not pointing to a return to normalcy, as far as large gatherings of people go. Recent news abo

January: Full of Hell---a group of young men making tons of noise. It's been a delight to follow them as they continually challenge themselves. February: Yuja Wang in recital in San Francisco---an exhilarating experience with high drama, given how she'd been detained the previous night in Canada, causing her to be late to that recital, visibly shaken and creating controversy. The int

Something about the production here leaves me cold. Brick walled? Is Charlie just phoning it in? I dunno, and I'm speaking as a fan of much of Voodoo and Bridges...

Love the clip, didn't catch the Trump connection, but if a politician played your song as its campaign anthem without compensating you, wouldn't you be pissed off, if you were business minded?

I'm generally unmoved by Mick's solo work, but this remix gives me chills. The overtly political lyrics find a fun groove (love the guitar riff!) and come off better. Still, like all remixes, the individual tracks feel estranged from each other. No integration that's key to the Stones.

There's not one person in hiphop who would credit the Stones for influencing the genre in any regard whatsoever. 1st rap song by the Stones? Hilarious.
