Quotebgfd287 they love the motel 6 . haha that's where I'll be staying! Stayed there two times before, never had trouble or witnessed anything worth reporting. We'll see what Saturday brings.

I strongly recommend the Heard Museum (Native American art). Really fascinating, well done exhibits.

QuoteIrix Quotecyclist I still can’t tell what that last word is on the back of the white shattered tongue shirt being sold. It was the collaboration with KidSuper for Hackney Diamonds - , , . Ahhh thank you! Must've been sleeping when all these kids became renowned...

The Houston show poster (astronaut and tongue) was a nice step up. I purchased it. In the past I only bought show specific shirts (the NY subway map tongue, the foggy tongue and the Golden Gate Bridge). The general tour merch, like all recent tours, does nothing for me. I still can’t tell what that last word is on the back of the white shattered tongue shirt being sold. Yet there are always ma

QuoteMichaelLassen I wish and hope Mick will stick with the credo of “It’s only rock’n roll and we like it” instead of going into politics.(I never heard of their govenor before). I was surprised that Mick was advising the audience in Houston to vote in November. Pretty tasteless from a Brit and a tax dodger...

Any guesses why Time has been played so little? It must be one of their biggest neglected hits. Wishing everyone in NOLA a great time!

QuoteThe Sicilian For the last few tours "Honky Tonk Woman" was the start of the their encore. That song usually showed up around 9 to 11 in the setlist. The ubiquitous clinking of the cowbell by Charlie signified that for the hard core fan of the Stones, the show was over. I got some bad news about Charlie…

Quotejason8903 Does anyone know if the Houston posters sold the night of the show were numbered? I believe someone posted here the day before the show and said they were not numbered. The one I purchased on the night of the show was not numbered. I couldn't find them inside the venue when I arrived, and was told they were only for sale outside the venue. A merch stand inside the venue g

QuoteU2Stonesfan Houston, we have a problem. Keith needs at least two songs. Agreed. And I’m worried that it was Keith’s decision. Fingers crossed this won’t become the standard. Was nice to hear Waiting for the Man (VU’s version) on the house music.

QuoteBackstreetCaliforniaGirl Sweet sounds is phenomenal. Sounds like it could’ve been on exile…just a fantastic tune. It was beautiful to hear the new songs. The entire show felt fresh. But the pit was losing attention even during lesser hits like Beast of Burden, which is so pathetic. You’re wearing the shirt and spent all this money and standing there slack jawed during songs like that?!?

Fantastic show with slight tweaks to the warhorses that made them seem reawakened. Especially Miss You. Mick carried it and seemed much more spontaneous and playful than ‘21–he seemed exhilarated to be on stage. Was disappointed that Keith only had one song and seemed more faded than last time I saw him in LA. First chord in Start Me Up (first song) was botched. Solo in Sympathy was decent, thoug

Hi! I have one Lucky Dip ticket for Las Vegas and would like to team up with someone to increase the chances to get better seats. If I can't find someone, I can sell it for face ($55), but I'm really looking to dip twice. Please contact me: evankenn gmail com. Full transparency: I'll be flying day of show from San Francisco, scheduled to arrive 1pm. Should be plenty of ti

LA 2 put literally hundreds of tickets on sale the night of LA 1. It was bonkers because the show seemed mostly sold out for weeks leading up to it. And yet SoFi looked full that night. No idea how and why they did it that way. The profits from what platinum tickets remained wouldn’t have been enough, I thought.

Will the Houston shirts go with the space theme? Odd they still haven't fixed that apostrophe in "'24"---it should be facing the other way.

Quotednewton99 Yes you can for sure take Red Line back and forth - loads of extra trains etc. It will be crowded for sure but they move people into the trains fast. But uber is a cluster (lot too far, mess, chaos, long wait) and traffic is gridlock so I would do the Red Line. Donna, thank you so much for your guidance! Deeply appreciated. Can't believe this show is just around the corner

QuoteGasLightStreet Given the reports of their rehearsals hopefully they do consistently play more than 3 songs from HACKNEY DIAMONDS I hope so too. And if casual fans have a problem handling three or four or five new songs, if their energy wanes, then eff them. They probably wouldn't recognize Sad Sad Sad, Out of Control, maybe even Before They Make Me Run. And I doubt the Stones have

Donna, hi! I'll be staying in Montrose and looking for public transit options to NRG. Seems like the Red Line will take me there easily. Should it be straightforward getting the Red Line back, or will it be a long wait? If implausible, I'll just walk north awhile and get an Uber. Grew up in Houston but haven't been back in 20 years. Can't believe my old stomping grou

QuoteNashvilleBlues Still no word on the previously leaked March 27 Ryman date. Only 5 weeks away. Not looking good for Nashville... I believe it'll happen. Probably hasn't been announced since the other shows are selling poorly. I doubt Bob would pass on the Ryman because of slow sales elsewhere...
