QuoteOpenG That E7/G# chord I wonder if that was Keith or maybe Nicky Hopkins influence but the G Sus4 to Fsus 4 is all Keith type playing. I love when he talks about the chorus when Mick sings Angie and Mick singing the D on the G chord. That is sure a thing, the musical relationship between Keith and Nicky. They were killer togheter. And also, I think the voice line is modelled "after&qu

Quotechrism13 Just watched "Ole Ole Ole" and have to hand it to the fans from Argentina. I am huge Stones fan and been accused of being a closet Dead Head (I am a fan) but that all pales in comparison to the Rolingos/Rolingas! The crowd shot during "Out of Control" is incredible. The passion seems unsurpassed. I could be wrong, but that was as wild of concert scene as I have c

Quote1963luca0 I’m afraid that Argetinean fans use to tell a story that deserves to be better verified... how can it be that records of the Rolling Stones were regularly pressed and sold in Argentina and people were sent to prison if they listened to records they could buy in the shops? It sounds a little bit strange to me... Ha ha ha of course not true! There's a local tradition of "

Quotejpasc95 QuoteSilver Dagger Another top country is out. I can't see anyone beating France. They are not as good as they were in 98 or the Spain or German teams in recent years but they are growing and in Mbappe have the game-changer and match winner. What about England ? They slaughtered Panama with no mercy. Colombia is a bit stronger than Panama but beating them is not that hard. I

Procol Harum recently released a new album, "Novum", but withouth lyrics by Keith Reid and only feautring Gary Brooker (singing as great as ever) of the original band. Starting in 1967 as a medium for Brooker-Reid songs, this is a true Brooker solo album, but still sounding as Procol as possible. Procol made gigs regularly too, only Brooker of the original band. Weird, very weird stuff. Where's the rest of the 1966 releases "for copyright preservation release"? And the whole of 1963, 1964 and 1965? Why Dylan and the Beatles made it and the Stones doesn't?

Definitively Dandelion, the end of the song is amazing. There's a pic of him and Macca during those session, it seem more likely the end of We love you with Charlie banging drums and Macca cymbals. Also, 2000 man, not what you expect from a drummer!! The intro of SMU is a treasure, I've study it hard fir training drummer on cover bands, and they never can!! It's just a hi-hat on 3
