Should be a download error. I have checked my upload again and everything went fine. Just download Part 3 again and the start unzipping the first part. After that Part2 + 3 will follow automatically.

Probably you have used one of his video without his permission? Can' t see any other reasons why. Have a look into the menu of the video. When he lives near to the mexican border maybe he has recorded something too.
